Even though the order was placed online, they reached out via a phone call. I appreciate the extra level of customer service. The delivery of the order went well. Our friend sent a photo appreciative of the arrangement. I did notice the flowers were arranged differently than in the photo here. I expected the flowers to differ in color, type, etc. but thought they would be placed throughout. They were arranged in a nice way, just off towards one side. No complaints, just a difference that was not expected.
