The bouquet was beautiful and fresh but not as colorful as the example. The filler flower was white so not as bright but still pretty. ---- Florist's Response: Beth, thank you so much for the feedback! We definitely try to do our best with substitutions and when there isn't pink was flower, white is our best next option. Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Just one minor issue; I wrote a poem for my wife, and on the website the card seemed like it would have a more elegant font. What she received as a standard font, and capitalization was used randomly throughout the message - not matching how I originally wrote it. She still loved the arrangement, and I'll definitely use JP Parker again. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much, Chuck, for taking the time to leave us a review with feedback about the message! Our system automatically does Camel Case (capitalization of the first letter of every word) and the font type, both in which can't be changed unfortunately. If we ever change systems, these options will be something we keep an eye out for! We apologize this may have presented the poem you wrote in an unpreferred way.
