What is the process to book with JP Parker?

We would love to meet with you and discuss your vision for your wedding. We like to go over everything and then offer a quote. To book we require a non-refundable, minimum of $300.00 or 10% of quote deposit and a signed contract. Our contract saves the date and allows changes to be made up until 3 weeks before wedding date.

How much do event & wedding flowers cost?

We provide custom designs for our event and wedding florals, which means we help advise & pick the best available flowers in your colors, in season and offer different price options if able. We do our best to match the vision and the investment with the flowers available in our area.

Is there a minimum package?

We do not offer any packages or require a minimum investment currently. We offer designing a single bouquet or help provide flowers for the whole party.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our deposit to save the date is non-refundable. Once flowers are ordered at the 3 weeks before wedding, we do not offer a refund, we would use any extra flowers to add to designs or place at other parts of venue, or flowers are sent home with family. Cancellation refunds will be addressed by a case-by-case basis, as we understand some situations are unavoidable.

How far in advance do I need to book my event or wedding?

We suggest reaching out as soon as you have your venue booked. Certain seasons book up faster, like spring, race week, September and October and would suggest booking as soon as possible to save your date

What services are available for weddings and events?

We are a full-service florist and offer for a fee, rental vases, delivery, set up, designer to stay on site to flip or move items, same night pick up and next day pick up.

What seasonal wedding flowers are available and when?

There are lots of different flowers available at certain seasons locally, some are available out of local season for extra cost (shipping & demand). Some examples of popular seasonal blooms are peonies (June), dahlias (Oct.), tulips (Dec.-March), bronze colored flowers (Aug.-Nov.), zinnias (Aug.), sunflowers (Summer/Fall), cosmos (Aug.), and hanging Amaranthus (Sept.-Nov.).

What DIY options do you have available?

We offer cash and carry flowers, also known as loose stems. Client purchases loose stems to design how they wish. Flowers will be stored at our shop in cooler in water till pick up or delivery. We ask to return buckets we provide at earliest convenience.

What payment plans are available?

Our payments include deposit and final payment 3 weeks before event. If booking after 3 weeks, we ask for payment as soon as possible so we can order the specialty flowers in time for event.

Can I see a sample of my florals?

For a fee we can provide a sample of any item for event. Some purchase a bridesmaid bouquet, centerpiece, or loose stems of flowers expected in wedding to see colors together.

Do you deliver wedding/event flowers on Sundays?

We do offer delivery and full-service selections on Sundays. We do NOT offer pick up on Sundays and ask that any returns on Sundays inform the location the day before of returns
